Carlisle Development Group and The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale have been working together to transform more then 14 blocks totaling 30 acres in the Northwest Neighborhood.AAWD has been awarded the NW Gardens III project in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The 150 Unit apartment complex is the latest Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority Project located off of NW 10th Avenue near downtown. The Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority has partnered with The Carlisle Development Group, LLC, the premier affordable housing developer in Florida, on this project. The Construction Association of South Florida (CASF) has awarded All American Windows the Craftsmanship Award for its glass and glazing work on the preservation of the historical Miami Freedom Tower. All American replaced all of the windows and doors in the tower using a custom paint finish to preserve the original look of the tower.
