Carlisle Development Group and The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale have been working together to transform more then 14 blocks totaling 30 acres in the Northwest Neighborhood.AAWD has been awarded the NW Gardens III project in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The 150 Unit apartment complex is the latest Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority Project located off of NW 10th Avenue near downtown.
